I’m back dating this, I believe this was my weight on Friday. I started HMR on Monday out of desperation because I gained back 15 pounds of the 40 pounds I lost by overeating, choosing poorly, and drinking margaritas to escape uncomfortable feelings and decisions. I climbed back to 189.8. I tried counting calories and I just couldn’t stick with it. I’m going back on my HMR crash diet for two weeks to lose 5 pounds or more, and maintain 185 for life! I’m toying with this thought: Once I get back to 185 or less, I’ll start back slowly to eating regular food like I did before, and if/when I inch back up to 190, I’ll go back on HMR for 1-2 weeks to lose it again. Then repeat.
