Argh. Whyyyy??? I'm not really hungry at iftar, I just crave water but the nice people at work usually make me eat food and yesterday someone even brought home-made cooked foods to work. I said i didn't want to eat but ended up eating stuff anyways, to not upset my co-worker....

today I only have to work until 5pm and not until after Iftar and I will only have some fruit and lots of water during the night.

(i have no idea how many calories i had yesterday.....)

If you want to lose weight, you need to find ways of deal with food saboteurs. You can google "how to deal with food saboteurs" for some ideas. You have to build up your resistance. It's like a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it gets. You can always take some and say you are saving it for later (and then throw it out). There is always going to some temptation or someone pushing food on us, you just have to learn how to handle situations, which comes with practice.
