After surgery for total quadricep rupture plus packing this huge heavy leg brace that’s metal from ankle to fight this is my official weight so I might as well record it and see how it changes even with the brace if I’m good enough hopefully over time I’ll see a difference. It’s really hard to be active right now since I’m so limited in my physical activity but I’m doing what I can
