I crave peanut butter when my asthma is wonky. So everything you ate is good for you and loaded with vitamins and minerals!! Great choice!! A lot better than some of my choices!!🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Oh that's interesting - I guess I'm not alone then! I tried to keep it "healthy" even with all the sugar 😂

Every time the barometer, temperature changes, hormonal changes I get carb cravings.. That's part of the reason keto diet doesn't work for me. I just have to eat healthier. Nice plate. I would have put a sliced & torched that banana to bring out the natural sugars made mini bananas PB sandwiches. I tend to play with my food.
