Sugar is the devil! I've been stuffing down something (stress, I think, because of a procedure I had to have) with lots and lots of sugary CRAP. My body says ENOUGH!!! This weight is a high for me since I've lost the 180 lbs. It has to stop here. I've gotten lazy and lost focus. But enough is enough. It's time to remember why I started this journey in the first place. I was tired of feeling bad, tired of being tired, and tired of feeling like I wasn't good enough. I am good enough. I am more than that. I am worth it.
