Had regular six month check up at doctor today and his scale shows that I have lost over thirteen pounds since the first of the year. Blood pressure was very good too. This is encouraging and gives my morale a boost. I plan to adjust my eating to incorporate more of the reasonable foods that I enjoy so as not to burn out and still be on track.
