Didn't take a pic of today's protein shake because it was so watery. First time using the MyProtein Pro Whey Cookies and Cream instead of the Equate Plant Based Chocolate. Not used to Whey protein, maybe it dissolves better than plant because it's derived from dairy? Going to try adding pumpkin to thicken it up tomorrow because I do not like drinking sugar water 😅😂

I like adding unsweet vanilla (silk) almond milk 1/2 h20 half almond milk…makes a nice consistency not too thick not too watery

Then you can play around with how much total liquid you like for your shakes… I usually do two scoops of about 50g protein per one of those shaker bottles I think they are 20oz or so

I'm honestly looking for something like pudding. Maybe I need to get pudding 😅 I'm really hoping pumpkin works
