Day two complete - I didn’t feel hungry much today; I actually have a lot of food to eat. I’m still quite a bit under on my calories. My biggest struggle seems to be getting enough protein. Even with a protein bar, a protein drink, jerky, tuna packet, and ground turkey I’m still falling short. I need to increase the amount of the turkey I guess. Tomorrow is a running day and it will be interesting to see how my body reacts on the lower caloric intake for the past two days. 🤞🏻
