Day 3 complete and I find I am wanting "something." This is a familiar feeling - and now I suspect it occurs when the body is transitioning from carb burning to fat burning mode. Putting my focus on the fact that I am not hungry and don't need any food. Bedtime is soon - and escape from food thoughts. Last night I dreamed about visiting a big Italian family where there was a long rustic dinner table and the matriarch of the family made bread from scratch, even stone-grinding the wheat! Funny though, I am not craving bread or Italian food. Go figure!
