The only kind of workout I had today was going down a steep hill to go feed my honey bees. That was bad trying to keep my balance and trying not to hit the electric fence. I had gotten a muscle spasm in my leg doing that. I don't know why my friend out them there I stead of higher up on a flat surface.

Maybe a walking stick would help with balance? Just a thought, especially if you will be checking on your friend's bees for a while. 👍

You're a bee keeper. How great is that. I'm afraid of bees & wasps. They hate my dog and sometimes I smell like her so I get harrassed by them when I'm gardening. I leave them bee, b/c I need them for the fig tree & whatever I'm growing for the season.
