So I went to a cardio class. 😅 I barely excercised since covid started and I totalled myself. I am not even sure how hard it was objectively, but it almost killed me. 😂 Then of course my BF wanted to go and have a meal. I ordered something small with the best intentions... 😅 But he didnt like his meal and after the workout I was so hungry, I ate my small meal and then almost all of his.. 😂😱 Oh well, at least it didnt go to waste, right? 🤭 My calories today are at 144% though. 😭 I hope the cardio class burned as much as it felt it did. 😅😂
