Take it to your local dry cleaners and they can sew the two side seams deeper. If they do it correctly the seam continues into the lower arm so that is reduced too. If you want the pre see what this would look like, turn the shirt inside out and safety pin along the lower sleeve edge and continue down the side seam -do equally on both sides.
Arms : measure arm plus 4 inches divide (for movement easy) half = sleeve width.
Side seam : measure hip/belt widest area plus 4-6 inches = total side to side measurement at bottom. You will need to draw a line from the new sleeve gusset (arm pit area) to the new bottom mark.
