In 2017 I wanted to transform myself after a very good summer - so I became OTT in measuring my food weight wise to get an estimation of my calorie intake. But even more so, I was obsessed with being caloric deficient and I’d track my food and drink via my own Excel sheet and meal database.
I lost 21.2 kilos in just under 4 months and dropped down 2 clothes sizes. I went from 101.00 to 79.8 … my target was 80.00 but I wanted to see a seven to really boost me.
So now at about the same time 2021 my goal is again to lose some weight - at least a small suitcase 😅 and going from 104.5 to 93.00 - Let’s Go!
And no, you’re not supposed to ask what happened since 2017 😂
