Recipe: 1/2 banana (mashed), 1/2 cup oat flour, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/4 cup milk of choice, pinch of salt & some sprinkles - mix ingredients together and put half the batter in a ramekin, put a piece of dark chocolate or some dark chocolate chips in the center (away from the edges), cover with the rest of the batter. More sprinkles on top. Bake @ 350° for 15 - 20 mins.
Very adaptable recipe, you can add protein powder, cacao, oreos, Nutella, fruit, nuts... tons of flavor possibilities. The longer you bake it the more cake-like the texture 🎂😋
