Well today has been a good day all in all. Swim was different but I adapted and made it work. Cold in office but adapted to that also. Going to go home and walk and get warm. I am thankful for tomorrow working from home. Good yummy food today and everyday. Good podcast to listen to. Tomorrow's plan:
