Arose early and stretched/light exercise. Laundry, stripped bed, then grocery shopping. When doing the elliptical, started with 3.5 and level one for 5 mins, increasing one level each 5 mins to levels 5, then decreased one levels each minute. Got my heart rate up to the 150's around 20 minutes.
