Yesterday was "leg day". To be honest I wasn't feeling it. in fact I had made up my mind to veg out when I got home. well, when I got home it was like I was on auto pilot. without thinking I changed into workout gear, drove to gym and had my workout...guess my body won't let me slack off 😅
