Thanks, Jimmie! Hey Elka, I set my mind to it I guess 3 months ago and have been practicing a couple of times a week. You could probably go faster with more focus but for me it has been a lot about understanding how the balance works, especially the role of my core, and I mixed it up with some headstand practice as well as strengthening my wrists. Don’t want to damage anything!
