just kun alkuviikosta ehti itkeä, kun ei kolmeen viikkoon oo liikahtanut vaaka mihinkään, niin nyt kahdella peräkkäisellä päivällä puolikas kilo pois ja ollaan taas laskennallisesti juuri sielä missä miinus kaloreiden mukaan pitikin olla
