Joined a challenge, maybe it will help me diet and exercise. I hurt my back a while back moving a dresser, I think it is well enough to exercise now. I am using a stationary bike that uses arms and legs. Don't know how accurate it is. It says I burn 500 calories if I bike 10 miles for 32 minutes .
