have been in maintaince phase for 2 and 1/2 weeks now. I am up in weight by 1 1/5 pounds but seem to be maintaining that. I need to continue with the clean eating. I feel better when I do. I will go on Thursday to check my hormones and hopefully get back on estrogen. I feel good and want to maintain that also. last nite i had 2 glasses of red wine. Think I will go to one a day and see how that works. also, need to stay away from fast food. It is bad bad bad!! I will maintain this weight and begin in 2 weeks to take more off not using anything but good clean eating!!
