Turns out I wasn't getting enough fiber to compensate for the extra protein I was eating so I was retaining quite a bit of waste weight. Started taking plain psyllium yesterday and well, you see the results. When I passed it, my gut didn't have that "tight" feeling anymore and I feel like I have a bit more energy.

On the flip side, plain psyllium doesn't taste great and I have to muscle through it unless I put it in a smoothie. Anyone have suggestions for a fiber supplement that doesn't have a lot of sugar, tastes good (or is tasteless) and if possible, has probiotics? It doesn't have to be psyllium either. Thanks for all the love guys!

you can also buy psyllium in pill form you can easily swallow

I use Senna plus, seems to work, tiny pills, 2 in morning and 2 at night and no taste !!

@ACBelle yea there are a lot of markets where I can still get fresh fruit and veg. Not to mention the regular old grocery stores. I'm not hurting for the fresh stuff thank God :-D

@rickstewart1983 yeah you did! I just didn't realize there was so much of it in there HAHAHA. I've been trying to keep my fiber intake high more consistently now so when I do go, it's not as much so the scale isn't moving as fast. It's all good though. Lots of NSV's: clothes are looser, face looks smaller, seeing more definition in abs. My wife and family are really the ones seeing the changes. I see some but not as much. My sister told me I'm looking buff, which is something I don't think I've ever been told in my life so that's always a good thing lol
