Well, things have not been good for me. I just can't seem to get back on track. I messed up for 3 weeks now, but I did exercise yesterday (4-20-09) and I felt great. I need to stop eating some junk foods, like maryjane candy, pretzels, ice cream, but I have not had any sodas and chocolatesfor 55 days now. You think that would have helped me to lose some pounds since I used to drink sodas and eat chocolates every day.
I gained about 4 pounds in the last 3 weeks but I feel ok and I know I will get if off within the next to weeks. Yesterday is the beginning of a new me. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers that I will stay focused this round.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job getting the exercise in yesterday. Junk food is so addicting. No wonder it sells so much...they make it solely to trigger our senses to crave for it. But take it a day at a time and try to plan your meals throughout the day. When it comes to junk food, people usually can't quit cold turkey but have to weane themselves off it. It takes a little more time, but you'll see the difference on how your body will no longer want the junk foods but healthy foods. I seriously had to weane myself from sugar by eating a wide variety of fruits everyday. After awhile, when I tried to eat my favorite candies, soda, etc, I would get dizzy spells and instant headaches. That let me know my body was telling me it don't need that stuff no more. So hang in there and you'll kick that JFD (junk food devil) and won't even have a taste for it anymore. I wish you well buddy.
