aaaaaa I just booked my first hike on a "Real Trail (TM)" - there's a beginner's weekend hike in the south Appalachian Trail coming up. Guided, includes transport and camping supplies, and I'll only miss one class. Very excited!

I hope so! They say in responsible for food and clothing, so I plan to bring marshmallows and such. Also glad I have so much canned soup 🤣 Hopefully that means I can keep a pretty balanced food log even sans protein shakes
