you know its very bad the lengths weight loss companies will go to to sell there products. i got an email from nutrisystem today, and it had where you could check your bmi, well i did. i put in my heigth, 5ft 0 inches then my weight, 152lbs. then my birthday, 12/18/1971. then my goal weight, 125. then clicked submit, well much to my suprise im not over weight, im obeace. (sorry for the mispelling) that got me hot. i know im short and chunky. but thats not gonna sell me there food. i've tried nutrisystem, and i dont care for it some of their food is good, but the most of it was down right nasty. so by telling someone that use to throw up everything they ate to lose weight that they are obeace, is not a good thing. all it does it make me want to start again, and get back down to 98lbs, and go back and say tell me i'm fat now! well i'm not planning on doing that again. so for nutrisystem all i can say is you will never get another order from me. and i will lose my weight the right way, good ol fashion dieting and walking of the extra calories! thanks to all who reads this for letting me vent! good luck on your diets, and dont believe everything the diet industries tell you! thanks!! wanda
