體重停滯在51.6的第四天,真喪!!
昨天徬晚吃了鮪魚可頌,8點喝了豆漿就結束一天的進食,11-12點超想吃東西,忍住了。
果然只要忍住食欲,其實不吃也沒影響,所以大腦才是控制進食的山大王,胃,只是嘍嘍!
中午姐姐帶來了紅棗銀耳蓮子湯,大大滿足我的甜食欲!
意外發現這款甜湯竟然熱量不高!令人驚喜!
晚餐7:30結束。
