Progress - So the pull ups are improving? (yes question mark lol). When I started I could lift 20% of my body weight, then about a month or two my effort increased to lifting 64% of my weight. Yesterday it seems I am getting closer. I have increased my effort so now I am lifting approximately 72% of my body weight. As I was looking at the weight difference in assistance from that dreaded machine, I stopped for a moment and remembered what it was like back in March. I'm getting there; some days it feels like it may take forever, but I'm keeping at it... Small moves...
