早上終於看見體重又降了ㄧ點點,減肥動力馬上又蓄滿了,雖然沒運動,減的可能只是水份,但自我安慰一下也挺好的!
168也能確實做到,不過離目標還有段距離,要努力!!
下午用米粉和杏仁粉做了餅干,第一次用米粉取代麵粉,口感還不錯。但有忍住口,只吃一片!!

加點間歇性運動如何?我下班回家做4-5分鐘的HIIT後就去洗澡,然後晚餐,一周3次。對於沒時間或沒辦法持續的人很方便。
