Okay, I haven't done this in a long while. I started the first of my 10 sessions with the personal trainer. I feel pretty good about getting back into this whole exercise thing. I have my last session with the physical therapist today and I'm hoping she'll say great things about how my back is doing. I'm not where I would like to be for this 5k next month due to all the time that I missed, but it is supposed to be nice today so I think I'll try and run outside. My son can ride his bike or scooter and I'll hit the pavement. fI'mmmm baaack!!
