My weight was 128 the other day, so I'm hopeful that next week will reflect that more. I'm going to increase my daily calorie target from 1200 to 1500. I'm active and my BMI is now just above 20, I don't feel energetic if I don't eat enough. Yesterday, I ate more later in the evening and I felt so much better. I wonder if a more liberal calorie intake will make me feel better and reduce cravings. I'll leave my target weight at 127. Now, it seems I'm twiddling the knobs to get to sustainable body balance happiness. Now - I'm off to search for a satisyfing recipe for a potluck tomorrow.
