On days where I work day shifts at Fridays I eat very little. I eat something small before I go in, work myself silly, get out at 6 pm and eat something huge because I'm starving...then feel like eating nothing else the rest of the night. This happened tonight.

It doesn't help because I feel very sick tonight. I haven't decided whether this is actually illness or a major dose of allergies because of the first thunderstorm of the year.

Well, it helped make up for a little bit of St. Patty's Day...

Tomorrow's my first weigh in. I have little hope. My bet is going to be somewhere around 134.6 even though my calorie count would say otherwise. I'm about to be on my cycle and I gain a good pound or two right before I start. Hell, I might be UP in weight!
