Ran Boston marathon last Monday then had a slow week of workouts last two days feeling better overall with my dessert (low carb tortilla and crunchy pb)
53.9 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 53.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week
