So I had a ton of calories today, geeze!! All I can say is that at least all of it was organic (except for the bologna sandwich at lunch)and it was healthy for me (again, except the sandwich at lunch, lol). I walked 4 miles today in an hour with Leslie Sansones walk away the pounds. It was awesome. I also jumped on the trampoline for a while, not sure how many calories that burns. I had blackberries today for the first time without sugar and I must say they were even better without the sugar!! I am going to exercise a bit more today to make up for the calories.
Goals for this week... To exercise at least 3 days this week(sunday-friday) I am assuming I gained weight over the weekend so my weight loss goal for this week is to weigh in at 176 by Friday. to take my (all natural food based) vitamins everyday. To eat every 4 hours, bfast, lunch, dinner and snack, nothing after 730pm.
Other than that I dunno, hopefully I can continue to eat healthy and exercise and continue this awesome loss. Some days I am so afraid it was all a dream or I will gain it all back in a heartbeat.
