I use exactly 3oz of cheese for the entire quiche and only about 1.5 tbsp of butter. So overall, it's not too bad.

Love quiche , reminds me all my time in France and how quickly my roommate made up any meal, it taste fresh and you can put literally anything on it and love how good it mades any vegetable taste - this one looks so tasty 😋

I like quiche, but usually eat only the outer edge because many people don't seem to get the centers done...
Judging by the crispness of this one, I'd say it looks done properly!

Yes it certainly needs to be cooked all the way. No one likes soggy quiche.
