All right. So up until Friday I was following the diet strictly by the book. But this weekend I had a Baby Shower to attend out of town. Let's just say the diet went out the window on the drive down!
I haven't weighed in yet to see how much damage there was. I will do that later today. But I felt like crap. I even went totally crazy and had a chicken club sandwich from Wendy's. The only good news is that it totally tasted like garbage. Apparently I am cured of my fast food addiction!
So fingers crossed that things aren't too bad on the scale. I'll let everyone know later...
