Fat: 22.7% Water: 60.9% Muscle: 33.4% I will try to reinforce my circadian rythm by having the snack at the same time (meals at 9, 12, 3 and 6). I will always have a fruit at the end of each meal, our bodies are like AI, they will learn and adapt to any pattern they can identify. I think doing so will reinforce the day mode (eat, exercise make fat) and night mode (burn fat and repair and strengthen the mind and body).
