Awesome HG, pls listen to your body. I am sure you'll figure out what's the right balance food mix for you. You have plenty of time to make minor adjustments. I am sort of out of time, that's why I made a drastic food mix correction. Time is on your side 👍.

I will! Challenge and independence have been my two core values that I carried throughout my high school and probably now too so listening to my self without thinking about next things/works is very challenging for me 😅 I feel insecure when I don’t work; my parents call me workaholic and I tend to agree that the symptoms are fairly similar to mine hahaha 😂 FS helped me to focus on other aspect of myself, spiritual & physical& emotional. But as you pointed out, I’m still practicing 🥲
