I had done 20 minutes of indoor walking this morning. I also added in 15 minute leg workouts. It's hard when you hadn't exercised in a while. I'm trying to keep a goal of 4lbs to lose this week. something small and realistic. I do hope to get down to 330lbs soon.

good job, Morgan. I think if you consistently log your food and walk 20 minutes each day, you've got a solid plan.

Hi My dad struggled all his life with his weight . He was at his happiness when eating. He finally came to a compromise He called it “Choice”. It worked. It was a slow steady weight loss but it stayed off. He went from over 400 pounds and dropped to 250. It took awhile but did not regain Something to consider
