ElskeBotha's Journal, 28 Oct 21

hi everyone, just curious. Let's say my calories are 1500 everyday. some days I feel like going over. can I take a portion from the next days calories and add it to the current day? will it affect anything? so if I took 300 calories from the next to have 1800 calories I will have 1200 calories for the next day

Yes that's technically correct. What matters is your weekly average should still be 1500 calories if that's what you are aiming for. Calorie cycling can be very helpful

What ng3 wrote. I have been doing this since the beginning of my weight loss journey. It works perfectly.
