We all just gonna pretend this is a good choice?

Are we all just gonna pretend it's ok for you to shame people for their choices? If your goal is to help post something helpful.

Stop eating this shit if you want to lose weight. That’s my helpful statement. Don’t give me that shaming crap…

Truth in nutrition is not shaming.

The only people who would support this food choice are afraid to speak the truth for fear of being labeled a bully by so-called supporters.

you are shaming her and you have shamed others on this site and you are a bully I stand by what I said.

You want 230 calories? Choose 1/4 cup of almonds or walnuts or something.

Morgan I hope you follow people like gastropod. Not all choices are going to be perfect weight loss that lasts is rarely fast. Keep trying to make better choices every single day. HOw it's Halloween people eat candy on Halloween and a Crunch bar is not the worst choice.

Yeah not sure about that crunch bar…. Midnight milky ways are the way to go :)

I 100% support following gastropod…he eats under 1500 calories a day and is regularly in a calorie deficit of 1500 per day. How many crunch bars you eat gastropod?

Its a whole lot better than all those bags of candy that people gives you. It's not the healthiest choice but on Halloween that's my treat for one day. For me that's better than being a glutton on a big bag of candy.

For real…log on to FatSecret through a desktop and take a look at Gastropod’s food diary. It’s picture perfect. The man is a machine.

Morgan, I get it…I know it’s not easy and I think you know my intention is not to shame you. You have some people looking to defend you from information which is important for you to hear. No amount of candy is going to help you in any way right now. I wish you the best of luck, even though this isn’t about luck at all, is it? Happy Halloween.

keep logging and being truthful to yourself, Morgan. tally it up before the end of the day so you know where you're at. see if you can work your way down to a mini/snack size next time. spend those calories on food that keeps you full instead.

Why isn’t anyone critical of food choices of every other person on here that post pizza doughnuts and shit?….Morgan posted a picture of candy on Halloween who gives a shit…seriously just bc some have lost weight now everyone is a fucking guru all of sudden … give me a break keep on keeping Morgan

HK3 I get that you are trying to give some hard truths but it comes off as shaming. If Morgan was quitting smoking and decided to first cut down no one would question it. Sugar is one of the most addictive substances around and it's in everything. Your last 2 posts are much more supportive. An all or nothing attitude is discouraging and unhelpful. I had half a cup of ice cream for dinner last night. A month ago I would have said "well I screwed up, may as well eat the whole pint." What's worse? Indulging a little bit or like Morgan said, buying the whole bag of Halloween candy. Moderation is a first step toward better and better habits.

Murse, as I stated…truthful advice is beaten down by the shame police as an attack on a user who most needs to hear the truth. I’ve been watching Morgan for well over a month now and no one tells her the way it is. You can’t eat that stuff if you’re serious about losing pounds. And I’m not about to give advice to a body builder who burns 4000 calories a day…they can eat whatever they want. I’ve often wished there was a thumbs down button to express my feelings on terrible-for-you food pics. Anyhow…keep calling me the bad guy. I don’t care.

HK3, why is everything either good or bad with you? Do you think fit and healthy people never eat candy? Do you truly believe a candy bar in a diet that has many other foods means a person is eating unhealthily? If you do believe this, why do you want to police others' choices?

Petite bodybuilder here who doesn't burn 4000 calories or anywhere near that (more like 2000-2500) still eats candy and is healthy. It doesn't have to be a nightmare.

Hey Alcestis…today Morgan had Captain Crunch for breakfast, and had a sprite and sweetened tea alongside fried potatoes for lunch in addition to the crunch bar. The entire diet needs to change…this isn’t about a crunch bar.
