Well, last night I ended up eating more than I thought I would. I started feeling a touch better around 6 PM, and that's when I made pizza. Luckily the pizzas I eat are very low in calories but are very filling, so that helped a lot. I barely stayed under what I burned, but the important thing is that I stayed under. I have to make up for Monday somehow.

Well, I made up for it today. My appetite has come back as well as my headaches and chills have disappeared, but I did not let that show. However, I'm not out of the woods on this flu. I now have mucus everywhere, the inability to talk normally, and sore achy muscles that intensify when I get tired, which is easily. I cut produce (carrots, celery, broccoli, and then pineapple before cutting up the leftover chicken) for about 30 minutes while my chicken defrosted and then cooked and I was definitely ready for a sitdown when I finished. Progress, though. It will be slow but it's progress. I'm just hoping I can make it to yoga tomorrow night...

I let myself have some chocolate (damn PMS) but I did a small Betty Crocker Warm Delights. I'm about 800 calories down today. My goal for this week will to be down 2,500 (so a little over half a pound), but I might be going out Saturday night. I'll have to do hard work on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
