Day 70: Officially down 28.8 pounds!!! After last week of not seeing the scale move it FINALLY did and I am happy with the number. My next mini goal is a total of 30 pounds lost so I should be hitting that in the next week or two.
This week I am changing up my routine a little bit. I find that eating later is not good for me so I am going to focus on eating most of my food before I get off work and then have a protein shake for "dinner". Still getting in the same amount of calories, just switching up when and how much I eat.
Also sticking to my running plan....I will be able to run more than 2 minutes without dying soon!
