This entire week is a rest week before my 2nd 3-month push. That means that even though I'm working out, I'm doing half as many sets of slightly more intense variations of my workouts, along with eating maintenance calories (about 300 more than what I'm eating now). Very curious to see what that does to my body at the end of it all. Very excited!
