I thought it was steak too😂 I saw one of your other posts and I can’t find it to comment on. You crave Chinese food. Look online for healthy at home replacements. Try cauliflower rice or shirataki noodles for the carb replacement. Please keep working at keeping your calories at a deficit. I would love to help you in any way I can. For some reason I have been so drawn to your success. You really want it and you’re trying. I used to own a nutrition center and I worked with people like you all the time. You can do this!💪
