Walked a lot yesterday, and changed my move goal to 500 calories. Today i closed all my rings meeting all my goals. They may be small goals for now but i am slowly increasing them and keeping up. This morning at 48°, i walked for almost 3 miles for 55 minutes, it felt really good. The only downfall, i had two medium taro milk boba teas (mine and i finished frankeeās)😩 i am at about 1400 calories consumption today would probably just close the day with 30 more calories from my collagen. I hope and pray i continue losing weight and beat PCOS, its symptoms and all my other physical obstacles. 🙏
