So I completely forgot that about a year ago I bought a watch that monitors my heart rate. I started wearing it yesterday and WOW do I burn a lot more calories during my workouts then I thought! I make sure to update my heart rate every chance I get so that I get a correct calorie reading, I'm in love with this thing. I'm back on track, that 3 day trip I had to take for work really set me of my goal, as I didnt get in the workouts I needed to. It feels good to be back at home and good to see Tony's face again! lol
