Still not budging. Actually went up a pound or two and I'm stuck there. Alright. I'll give it this week and then I'm going to kick it into high gear. I need to start running almost daily again. I'm going to play softball, so I've been running (well, in my mind I'm running - the legs are actually doing something else) uphill for short distances trying to improve my running speed. I need to go back to distance jogging to burn more calories. I also need to get back to the stair stepper and weights. OK - then; Note to self: If the scale hasn't budged by April 1st, it's time to force the issue. Reminder to self: Plateau's are good. Plateau's are good. Plateau's. are. good. Actually, Plateau's suck. While it's happening. I'll be happy about it in a few months.
