Another weekend of camping, but this time I was not as successful to keep my good eating habits. I actually felt like I was controlling my eating, but I snacked throughout the day on unsanctioned things... ice cream, peaches, a mix nut here, a bit of cracker there. Some things I didn't even track well, I just know that yesterday was a high calorie day. I finished it off with 3 glasses of wine, so... that day is gone. Today is new.

I'm back on track today. Although I measured, weighed, then ate - I was shocked to know that 1/2 oz of cheddar cheese is 56 calories. That is NOT worth it! I'd rather eat an apple. I'm feeling hungry today, no doubt from the excess eating on Saturday and Sunday. While my belly grumbles at it's unhappy empty feeling, I'll keep sipping on my raspberry zinger tea. I will feel better tomorrow if the scale shows any sign of lower numbers.
