I have been so sick for the last few days. I have barely eaten, and after I ate, it was not in my system for long. I have been trying to stay hydrated and I am working on trying to just eat the basics, bread, veggies, fruit, probably what I should focus on anyway. So the crazy thing is that I weighed this morning and I am down ten pounds. I am not going to record it in my weight tracker until I verify at work and then I am going to feel super awful when I gain some back when I start eating. I never thought getting sick would be motivational, but if it means that I actually broke the 200s, I am happy with the sickness. I wasn't at the time, but... Whatever it takes, huh?
