This past week has been rough. I am suffering from acute low ferritin (iron) causing immense amounts of fatigue and some dizzy spells. Seeing the doc today to see if I need a transfusion. I'm missing a few gym sessions and my food choices have been more carbs to lessen the fatigue but have gote nowhere. It's a vicious circle. I'm sure many of you can relate when you are dealing with acute or chronic illnesses. The battle is real. Hang in there!
